FLAVOR
Arabica Var. Bourbon is a rare coffee variety that has almost disappeared from Vietnam. Thanks to over 15 years of continuous collaboration between farmers, processors, and the founder of ALAMBÉ, a few select farms around Đà Lạt still cultivate this specialty coffee today.
ALAMBÉ’s Đà Lạt Bourbon is lovingly roasted by skilled artisans who bring out its exquisite and delicate aroma. Savor the richness of its complex flavor profile, highlighted by notes of orange blossom. Its uniquely balanced acidity is beautifully supported by a smooth, silky body — a true gem!
This product is ideal for coffee lovers who enjoy unique brewing methods such as Pour Over or the simple elegance of a French Press.

SENSORY PROFILE
The Arabica Bourbon variety was first cultivated on Île de la Réunion — formerly known as Île Bourbon — and was introduced to the Lâm Đồng highlands about 100 years ago, where it was grown in the gardens of Đà Lạt City.
Discover ALAMBÉ Đà Lạt’s specialty coffee, celebrated for its silky, velvety texture. Delicate notes of citrus and orange blossom blend beautifully into a refined, complex acidity. Arabica Bourbon boasts a full body with a gentle, sweet finish reminiscent of ripe plums.
We warmly invite you to experience and savor this specialty coffee, hand-roasted in small 20kg batches to perfection — sourced directly from local farmers.

ORIGIN
In the early 1700s, the French cultivated coffee on Bourbon Island (now called La Réunion) in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Similar to Arabica Typica, the first Bourbon seeds were planted near the newly emerging city of Đà Lạt in the early 20th century. Bourbon yields 20–30% more than Typica, but unfortunately, it is highly susceptible to all major coffee diseases.
The high price of ALAMBÉ Đà Lạt Bourbon, along with the strong demand for this variety, offsets the challenging cultivation methods and lower yields compared to more common Arabica varieties.
Đà Lạt City — the administrative, commercial, and cultural center of Lâm Đồng Province — is also known as the “City of Love” and is famous for its annual Flower Festival. Located on a plateau 1,500 meters above sea level, with abundant natural springs and a mild climate, Đà Lạt quickly became a popular cool retreat to escape the sweltering heat of the lowlands.
